Growing up, I watched my father lead with kindness, patience, and empathy — and I carry those values with me every day. If there's one thing people often remember me by, it's my smile. I believe in sharing happiness and multiplying it — that's my soul goal.
Before founding this platform, I worked at a private sector bank for four years. During that time, I discovered something powerful — my ability to genuinely connect with people, uplift them, and bring joy to their lives just by being present, listening, and caring. That’s when I realised my true purpose: to help people lead happier, more emotionally fulfilling lives.
Our education system teaches us so much, but rarely how to understand or manage our emotions. We’re never taught how to handle stress, anxiety, or sadness — yet these emotions have become part of our daily lives. That’s why I created this space — to help people reconnect with themselves, cope with stress, and cultivate genuine happiness from within.
Today, through my workshops, one-on-one sessions, and wellness programs, I’m grateful to be making a real impact. I’ve worked with young professionals facing burnout, homemakers rediscovering their spark, and even corporate teams looking for more balance and joy. Seeing people shift their mindset, regain their energy, and choose happiness — that’s what keeps me going.
